    LOCUM - PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS' PQE, SOMERSET, c. £40 - £45 per hour, 5 weeks cover. Seeking a highly experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor to provide holiday cover to a well-established law firm in Somerset. JOB REF: 5310

    OVERVIEW:


    • Unique opportunity covering Head of Department and Private Client Solicitor roles across two office locations in Somerset.


    • Responsibilities include managing diverse private client caseload, offering expert legal advice on wills, trusts, estate planning, and general private client matters.


    • Full-time office-based role across both locations supported by experienced secretarial assistance.


    • Ideal candidate should be highly experienced in Private Client Law, especially in trusts, wills, probates, and lasting powers of attorney and have a proven track record of managing own caseloads effectively and delivering high-quality legal services.


    • Must possess excellent organisational abilities, communication skills, and the flexibility to work across two locations and the ability to hit the ground running and ensuring the smooth progression of cases.
