    A stunning B&I location in Shepherd's Bush for a new co-working community for innovative businesses. Catering for approximately 400 people daily. We offer breakfast and lunch and lots of high end hospitality and pop-ups. The role is a Monday to Friday operation.

    We are looking for a talented Street Food Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious clients in London.

    You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at Sous Chef or Head Chef level ideally in an innovative street food restaurant/ operation. This role will involve running a street food container based at one of our client locations. We are currently catering for a bout 200 daily, however are expecting numbers to rise.

    You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

    Key responsibilities:

    • To work well in a team providing daily street food offering to clients and visitors.
    • Menu innovation along with our team of development chefs.
    • To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
    • Leading, training and developing kitchen team members
    • Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
    • Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.

    You will have the following skills:

    • Must have prior experience in street food operations.
    • A genuine interest in food & excellent customer service.
    • An all-round team player.
    • Innovation and passion for great food.
    • An organised Chef with attention to detail.

    Knowledge / competencies:

    • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding and use of verbal English.
    • Ability to demonstrate a good standard of written English and reading skills.
    • Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is essential.
    • Hold a recognised cooking qualification such as City & Guild 706/1 & 2 or equivalent.
    • Hold a level 3 food Hygiene qualification.
