  • What You Will Do

    Tactical

  • Assist the corporate account managers to communicate the details of the digital program to assigned customers.
  • Scope and cost the digital solutions for assigned multi-site enterprise customers with input from subject matter experts.
  • Assist the solutions strategist, program manager and other team members to develop a customer-specific digital solution suite, digital solutions costing, program proposals and financials for approval.
  • Understand customer digital data. Be familiar with different types of sensors, types of signals, intra-site data transfer protocols.
  • Understand customer digital data roll up and enterprise reporting – data transfer protocols, storage. Be familiar with PI, cloud to cloud and other digital transfer protocols.
  • Communicate with customer control engineers and digital team to understand data flow and ingestion.Close the gap in communication between the customer digital team and the Ecolab teams to ensure successful customer data ingestion.
  • Project manage the successful deployment of digital solutions and digital success plan through the pre-sale and post-sales phases of execution in a global matrix teamwith specific objectives, key milestones and metrics to deliver value to assigned enterprise customers.
  • Manage digital program issue resolution, troubleshooting, daily status reviews, and communications as part of the successful implementation of technology, processes, and data to support and ensure that the business can effectively operatewith the digital solutions.
  • Track digital solution project implementation and digital success plan and report progress to the program manager and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic

  • Continually work to improve themanagement, execution process and materials to communicate the valueof the digital solution suite.
  • Assist the assessment team in developing templates for analyzing customer current digital capabilities versus future program requirements.
  • Understand the value of company digital programs to the customer and have the ability to actively promote this value to the customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner across the organization in creation, testing and piloting of new digital solution execution processes.
  • Ensure adequate digital solution training is delivered to customer, field, and sales associates.
  • Position Details

  • Candidate can reside anywhere Europe Stanear a major airport.
  • Full time.
  • Deploy digital water treatment solutions in various industries, including Food & Beverage, Data Centers, Chemical, Primary Metals.
  • Willingness/ability to travel 50%+.
  • Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics/Control Engineering or related technical qualification.
  • 10 years of experience with digital and/or control systems.
  • 5 years of combined experience in digital product ownership, customer facing project management,customer account management.
  • Experience in an industrial environment.
  • Experience managing teams.
