• Part-Time – 32 hrs per week
• Location: Option to work from home 1 day per week
• Salary: £26k (pro-rata from full-time equivalent of £33k)

My client, a private members club in the West End, is recruiting for aMarketing & Engagement Executive who is motivated and self-reliant.

The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, mailing, and social media platforms including Canva, MailChimp, Office 365, and Millenia (Infodata).

• Oversee the strategic promotion of the organisation within the membership and externally.
• Manage communication channels to reflect the organisation's ethos and traditions.
• Prepare monthly marketing schedules and publish event posters.
• Support internal groups to promote events and activities.
• Update website content and audience lists.
• Create regular social media posts and prepare copy for paid advertising.
• Identify marketing and advertising opportunities to grow membership.
• Assist with membership enquiries and prospective members.
• Investigate advertising and PR opportunities ensuring value.
• Prepare copy for the organisation's blog and respond to social media comments and enquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of the newsletter and communications to members.
• Identify associations, organisations, and individuals that will help promote the club.
• Attend open evenings to assist in acquiring prospective members.
• Assist with the creation and organisation of member events and special interest groups.
