    Description
    Client Relationship Manager role – excellent career opportunity

    • Supplier of luxury tiles to architecture and interior design clients for commercial projects across the UK. (this is business to business, not a retail role)
    • Based at their Islington Studio
    • Mon-Fri – short working week scheme with alternate Fridays off
    • Suits a Graduate calibre candidate with a design interest or qualification, & client facing experience.
    • The role will involve a lot of client relationship management, assisting with account management, sales & new business, organisational work etc.
    Working on the various territories as directed by Sales Director to facilitate:
    o Obtain tile product specifications from your liaisons with new and existing clients
    o Communication with clients verbally by Teams/Zoom meetings as well as phone & emails
    o Develop relationships with contractors to assure project tracked through to order
    o Writing technical specifications
    o Learn all technical elements of products, tiling procedures/compliances for various situations, ancillary products and environmental concerns
    o Track all relevant specifications from instigation to the contractor placing the order
    o Assisting on the sales & purchasing desk
    Essential – interest or experience in design, architecture, interiors etc

    • Graduate calibre
    • Self motivated to be proactive when working alone.
    • Flexible approach – small company so must be adaptable

    Hours:
    Mon to Fri 8.

    Pays:
    £25-35K depending on experience.
