    This role involves regular travel (3-4 times per month) across EMEA to meet with potential partners and customers.

    About the role:

    The International Sales Manager will be responsible for understanding and converting sales opportunities within the Distribution/Direct International sales sector. This will predominantly cover the UltraTEV range of equipment but, where necessary, will encompass the wider Astute group propositions here at EA Technology.

    · Research and onboard new distribution partners across EMEA

    · Develop a strategic expansion of newly onboarded distribution partners to maximise sales opportunities

    · Manage contractual negotiations for the onboarding of new distribution partners

    · Travel to selected partners to conduct training, customer visits, conferences etc.

    · Identify new client portals we could potentially register with to generate maximum business opportunities

    · Compile proposals as required

    · Follow up on quotations issued to distributor or end customer

    · Manage the sales line activity from concept to completion

    · Achieve sales targets

    · Maintain CRM system

    What we'll need from you:

    · Proven experience working with and developing business through direct international clients/distribution partners – preferably in EMEA

    · Track record of researching and onboarding new distribution partners

    · European language skills able to converse at a technical level – preferably French and/or German

    · Good technical knowledge with the ability to understand relevant products

    · Basic understanding of high voltage assets i.e. switchgear/transformers as a minimum

    · Able to work efficiently on multiple projects at any given time

    · Strong commercial awareness

    · Proficient with Microsoft applications
