Econ Group are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Driver to join our team. As a HGV RoRo Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a vital role in our organization as you will be ensuring timely and safe deliveries.


Responsibilities:

• Safely operate RoRo/Skip lorries.
• Plan routes and ensure ontime deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a HGV 2 RoRo/Skip lorry Driver
• Commercial driving experience preferred
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and spending long hours on the road
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Driver CPC
