Role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant: We seek individuals prepared to delve into our recruitment methodologies, frameworks, and systems to cultivate the skills needed to excel as top recruiters in the industry. Operating in a dynamic and sales-focused setting, each day brings new challenges; however, some key responsibilities include:

Mastering the use of essential technologies like LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Indeed, Lusha, and more
Collaborating with senior team members to identify candidates for active positions
Developing a commercial understanding of your targeted market, actively acquiring new business through client engagement via phone and digital channels
Handling administrative tasks including CV preparation, candidate submissions, and coordinating placements in adherence to our CRM protocols
Expanding your professional network via social media platforms and effectively marketing through these channels
Growing your skills and knowledge to evolve into a comprehensive recruitment consultant

Required Skills / Background:

GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English (Grade 4 and above / Grade C and above as a minimum)
Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Outstanding communication and time management abilities
A strong dedication to work and a drive for personal and team success
This is a full-time position at our Manchester headquarters, necessitating daily commuting and presence
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while engaging with potential candidates and clients
