About the opportunity:


We are currently looking for a permanent
IT Productivity Advisor to join our growing IT department at our Stonehouse Office.


This is an exciting role that will allow the right person to grow with the group of companies in its Digital Transformation, they will understand Microsoft 365, understand Electronic Record Processing systems (ERP) such as Access FocalPoint, Dimension, CRM, SelectHR, SelectPay, and much more.

This role is pivotal to the short-term & long-term success of the companies, and will deliver a fulfilling experience of problem solving, transforming business requirements into technical projects, working with stakeholders around the group, and continuously learning and improving.

Your responsibilities:


  • Handling of data including migrations and integrations
  • Support implementation of system changes and upgrades in line with a change control process.
  • Provide a business analyst service to the business to include communicating clearly with the end user to ensure business requirements are fully documented and understood before progressing to testing and implementation.

Essential:

  • 4 years plus experience in helpdesk support, including maintenance, implementation of processes, development and extended support of business administration and ERP systems.
  • Able to support and train users. Good communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with external IT professionals.
- "Can do" attitude; Keen to learn new skills; Team player. Available out of hours for occasional support.

  • Advanced Microsoft skills including a good technical skill level in SQL; Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problemsolving ability
  • Good organisational skills with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong knowledge in the extended O365 suite including SharePoint, Power Automate/Flow, PowerApps
  • Being able to transform business requirements into Technical Project documents

Desirable:

  • Experience in support of Access Group products solutions such as Focalpoint/Dimensions and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
