Description
Our client is an exciting events business that specialises in the sports and entertainment industry.


The main duties are:

  • Acting as the key support for the Producer on the venue
  • Understanding and delivering the creative vision for Sport Presentation at the venue
  • Development and management of key relationships with clients
  • Coordinating all activities on the field of play
  • Managing the Sports Presentation team at the venue including editorial, production, and technical staff
  • Presenters and Commentators/Announcers
  • Working on key timing for all activities and communicating with clients' broadcast team to ensure the
- schedule is communicated to all appropriate parties

  • Generating scripts, running orders, and schedules for each competition and event including rehearsals
  • Liaising with event Technical Managers for the installation of all technical elements and the necessary hotels, transportation, Insurances, Risk Assessments, and paperwork.
  • Reviewing and familiarising themselves with all sports and venuespecific graphics and VTs
  • Involved in the Health of Safety provision for the team on the venue
  • Being the key contact person for other associated departments
  • Managing Presenters and Commentators/Announcers and delivering creative treatment of all field
- reporting and live commentary

  • Attending to challenging issues and parties with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality, and
- understanding when to escalate an issue to the Producer or company Management

  • Being the key contact person for other associated departments
  • Helping to book and brief all talent at venues
