- Programme manage the continuous development and refinement of commercial performance analytical tools and processes, e.g. Account management of the central relationship with EPOS data provider NIQ; Supports the Commercial Strategy & Insights Senior Director in the creation of the long-term commercial targets and strategy to achieve them, including yearly budgeting.
- Support the programme management of the business forum where the EMEA leadership team reviews business and discusses key commercial topics.
- Strong programme and project management skills: is well organized; effectively manages cross-functional project teams and engages key stakeholders (of varying levels of seniority); has oversight of all projects/workstreams and proactively and effectively manages alignment with senior stakeholders.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
- Understands commercial P&Ls.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knows how to create and maintain PowerBI databases and visualisations.
