HR Administrator6 months FTC
£35-£40k
I have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to join a growing Tech company based in the City. The successful HR administrator will be available to start asap and join them on an initial 6 month FTC.
Working closely with the HR Assistant, HR BP and HR Cons, you will provide administrative support to them, in addition to taking on a wider range of responsibility and ownership of all your tasks.
This would be the ideal role for someone who has had some HR admin exposure, who is looking to gain more, in addition to taking on tasks across all areas of HR.
What you'll do:
- Maintaining the HR database
- General administration including providing support to the HR team of
- Running all the inductions
- Assisting with onboarding for new hires
- Conducting references and background checks
- Updating contract templates
- Supporting with payroll
- Coordinating interviews and meetings
- Updating company handbooks and policies
Skills required:
- CIPD or an interest in working towards or desired
- Driven and selfmotivated
- Ability to pick things up quickly and use initiative
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively
