I am seeking a

Quality Business Partner to oversee multiple Adult's Residential and Supported Living services within the

Peterborough and South London areas. You will provide direct support and guidance to a team of Operational Managers to deliver on Quality objections. You will ensure

CQC requirements and guidelines are followed at all times and you will monitor and support regulatory compliance and quality of care and support. You will promote a positive culture within all services and will ensure delivery of person-centred care in line with best practices and current guidance.

Have sound CQC knowledge and experience working with them.
Have experience of working within a Senior Management and/or Quality role within adults complex needs services.
Have comprehensive understanding of health and social care legislation within adults services.
Have significant experience of dealing safeguarding's within adults services.

With a hybrid working model, this is a full-time (Monday-Friday) role, however flexibility may be required according to the needs of the services you support. A generous salary is on offer for this role up to £55,000 PLUS an additional car allowance paid at £300 per month
