REED Business Support are pleased to be recruiting for a well renowned and highly respected business within the Stafford area.
This purpose of this role is working within the Customer Service Help desk managing the Fire & Security Planning and dispatch teams


This role is a temporary to permanent position with an IMMEDIATE start and offers a great working environment

Daily duties include

  • Manage, motivate, and engage the team to deliver against operational targets and business strategy whilst working towards continuous improvement
  • Day to day operational running of the Planning and Dispatch team including monthly 121's, coaching, training, resource planning
  • Responsible for the planning and allocation of engineers
  • Monitor and report on the KPI's on a daily basis to track progress and backlog for all customers
  • Monitor and assess each direct report's performance to ensure continuous development through objective setting, targets and personal development plans
Working hours are - Monday to Friday

**Salary
- £40 - 45K**Start date
