- LV distribution and cable calculations
- Generating electrical control schematic diagrams
- Generating instrument loop diagrams
- Generating PLC wiring diagrams and I/O schedules
- Machinery safety circuit design and risk assessments to BS EN ISO /
- Preparation of Supporting Technical Documents Skills and Experience
- A work history of electrical design preferably within an industrial environment
- Have knowledge / experience of machine safety and safety circuits. It would be an advantage to understand component SIL and machine PL ratings, however, training can be provided if required.
- Preferably have knowledge of PLC control wiring systems, instrumentation and motor starter control types
- Experience of AutoCad, Amtech Specific Qualifications
- Hold Electrical qualifications BTEC and/or NVQ3
- 18th Edition
