Head of Reverse Logistics Operations

The Reverse Logistics Team Leader is a critical role responsible for leading and managing a team focused on handling the process of returning, repairing, refurbishing, and recycling products and materials.

This role involves overseeing the efficient management of reverse logistics operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

The Reverse Logistics Team Leader plays a vital role in reducing waste, improving sustainability, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.

Lead and supervise a team of reverse logistics professionals, including technicians, analysts, and coordinators.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline the reverse logistics process, from returns and repairs to recycling and disposal.
Implement sustainable practices and initiatives to minimize waste, reduce the environmental impact, and enhance corporate social responsibility.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of reverse logistics processes
Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reverse logistics processes and customer satisfaction.

Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills, technical knowledge, and understanding of reverse logistics operations.

Proven experience in reverse logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in logistics and waste management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with reverse logistics software and tools.
