    Description

    TEC Partners is pleased to be working exclusively with a rapidly growing electrical company who are leading the way in a highly competitive market. Specialising in technical design and manufacture of bespoke electrical installations for the renewable energy, agricultural, marine and construction industries.

    As the Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical products. You will be responsible for conducting CAPA's (Corrective and Preventive Actions), managing non-conformities, and overseeing both internal and external audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Management of the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001
    • Lead and coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
    • Manage non-conformances by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring effectiveness.
    • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and procedures.
    • Coordinate external audits with suppliers and regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
    • Analyse quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
    • Provide guidance and support to manufacturing and engineering teams to maintain quality standards and resolve quality-related issues.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related Engineering field.
    • Minimum of 4 years in quality engineering within the electrical manufacturing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and related standards.
    • Experience conducting CAPA's, managing non-conformances, and leading internal and external audits.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
    • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
