    Location: London/ Hybrid/ Remote

    Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

    An international, digital agency are looking for a Programmatic Manager to join their London office on a hybrid/remote working model and focus on growing the business and client accounts in an Account Management role.

    You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on a recently established Programmatic team. This also means there are huge opportunities for growth and progression, as the team expands.

    The agency offers an almost "work from anywhere policy", with some only going into the office once a month. Meaning you do not need to live in London to be considered, but must be willing to commute on occasion and when necessary for client meetings etc. The business also has a 4.5 day working week, with a half day every Friday.

    Programmatic Manager Role & Responsibilities

    As Programmatic Manager you will work have the opportunity to be influential in the growth of the Programmatic team, as well as the client base. Additionally, your role will involve:

    • You will be heavily involved in new business acquisition, while being supported by the Head of Programmatic.
    • Direct management of an Account Executive, who will support you in your work.
    • Your work will focus primarily on Google stack, with a focus on Display Video, however this will grow over time to encompass DV360 and other DSPs.
    • Continual tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimisation of the programmatic campaigns you manage.
    • Client relationship management, being responsible for account management and growth.

    Your Skills & Experience

    The agency is committed to offering you time and support for further training and development, and prides itself as a leader in training, development, and progression. The business does ask that you have:

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in planning and buying of programmatic ads.
    • Strong knowledge of the Google stack, with a focus on Display Video.
    • An understanding of DV360, Campaign Manager, and other DSPs.
    • Strong client management skills, as you work closely with clients to grow existing accounts.
    • Strong previous experience with data analysis, including data tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc.
    • Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
