    Finance Manager | Dynamic Beverage Scale-up | London (Remote)


    Harmonic is excited to be partnered exclusively with one of the UK's fastest-growing organic Food & Beverage scale-ups in their search for a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.

    Despite their relatively short journey thus far, our client has rapidly gained momentum, boasting innovative branding and establishing themselves as a leader in the hyper-growth omnichannel sector.

    Reporting directly to the Finance Director, your role will be to hold a comprehensive Finance position, overseeing all financial operations within the company, including management accounting.

    Additionally, you will offer support to the Senior leadership team to aid in pivotal decision-making processes and add benefical financial insights, Responsibilities:
    Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast. Post month-end journals and provide variance commentary.
    Manage cash flow, including forecasts and risk identification. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions for timely payments and accurate invoicing.
    Act as a finance business partner to Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams. Manage purchase order system and provide financial support.
    Liaise with external accountants for statutory accounts, VAT returns, and sustainability reporting.
    Develop KPIs, produce reports, and interpret financial outcomes for senior management. Provide tailored information to support strategic decisions.
    Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry standards. Improve financial processes, conduct internal audits, and manage risks effectively.

    What our client would like to see (Essential):Qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CA, or at Finalist level (study support available).Experience within a product-based business, such as Food, Beverage, Fashion, Retail, or E-commerce.

    Demonstrates ambitiousness and understands the chaos an SME brings.
    Experience in people management and interest in travelling. Advanced Excel skills.
    What we Would Like to See (Non-Essential): Experience in SME or fast-growth companies.
    Experience in FMCG, retail, hospitality, or manufacturing.
    Track record of implementing best practices or enhancing systems/processes.


    Strong technical proficiencySalary:
    £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus +
