This is a full-time, permanent position with a yearly salary of up to £25,000.Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular checkins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records and utilise customer relationship management (CRM) systems effectively.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customerfacing role, ideally in a property management or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Detailoriented with good organisational skills to effectively manage multiple customer relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Valid driving licence.
