Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Service Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct preventive maintenance & submitting meter reading in time.
• Provide maintenance and repair issues.
• Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines
• Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software
• Managing orders and stock of new equipment, parts, and materials.
• Able to advice customer issue explain on site
• To service, and repair a variety of printers, copiers, and scanners in this role
• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry
• Prepare & update monthly reports

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Higher Nitec or equivalent in engineering, business or a related field is required
• Professional Industrial Certification would be an added advantage
• Can work independently, establish good relationship with customers and employees
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport preferred.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred Proficiency in MS Office software (excel)
• Able to work unscheduled hours.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Participate in various learning experiences, which may include attending workshops and training sessions external certification
• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry
