Head of Marketing - Luxury Hospitality Brand

Hybrid with UK Travel includingLincolnshireHO

Salary up to £60,000pa + excellent benefits
Our client has a number of stunning locations across the UK.

With recent investment, the company has gone through significant growth of the past year and still has plans in place for even more growth.

This is a great opportunity to join a business that reallydoes put its people first and head up their all-important Marketing Department.

We're looking for someone who has a deep-rooted passion for building brands and has experience in delivering engaging customer experiences in hospitality.

You will have a lot of creative freedom to deliver the best propositions and campaigns.

As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the marketing team, work closely with key stakeholders and venue manager and create new, innovative brand concepts to create growth for the business.


You will be responsible for:


  • Developing the premium brands in the company's portfolio
  • Designing and building the marketing campaigns in line with seasonal activities
  • Responsible for developing the company's annual marketing plans
  • Creating and coordinating the launch plans for new sites, implementing ideas to make each one unique.
  • Build brand awareness amongst key competitors.
  • All things creative, with ability to build your own campaigns from scratch.
  • Developing and executing the annual marketing plan
  • Running all social media platforms, campaigns and content.
  • Working with PR consultants

You will have:


  • Strong Brand/Marketing knowledge and experience, ideally gained in a hospitality, hotels or gained within a B2C environment.
  • Knowledgeable about the luxury Hospitality marketplace
  • Able to manage multiple workloads at once.
  • A team player, able to listen to all members in the business and take opinions and ideas on board to work collaboratively.
  • Passionate about travelling to locations across the UK and working with venue managers on individual concepts.
  • Experienced in building marketing campaigns and seeing through from start to finish.


This is a hybrid role; working from home, in different venues across the UK when required to understand their own unique styles as well as attending the Head Office throughout the month, which is located in Lincolnshire.

Therefore, you must be willing to travel.
