Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and onboarding, enhancing candidate experience and transition.

Coordinate talent projects, from planning to execution, focusing on recruitment, early careers, DE&I, and leadership.

Gather and analyse data for insights to support talent management decisions.

Manage logistics for events and interviews, promoting our brand.

Collaborate with teams and external partners to deliver projects effectively.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Excellent communication skills, with high proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Understanding of social media for recruitment and engagement.

Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.

Ability to build relationships, organise effectively, and work independently or collaboratively.
