    Then we've got an exciting opportunity for you to join our brand new Taco Bell team in Burnley, Lancashire as a General Manager

    You will be known as a Restaurant General Manager or RGM

    Our General Managers not only have the day to date responsibilities of running our restaurants with our great teams, but they are also responsible for making sure they represent the amazing Live Más culture that is Taco Bell that continues to differentiate us from our competitors.

    You will not only be joining the KFC team but the Soul Foods family. Soul Foods Group of Companies is a family-owned business, established in the UK but now with an established portfolio in Canada, comprising of four global brands, KFC, Starbucks, Burger King (in Canada) and Taco Bell, totalling over 400 Restaurants.

    Taco Bell is a leading Mexican-inspired quick service restaurant brand that brought tacos to the masses in 1962 in a world of hot dog and hamburgers. Taco Bell now has over 7000 restaurants in 28 countries across the world

    What will you do?

    • Build People Capability through driving culture and performance
    • Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience through ensuring safe and legal day to day operations
    • Grow the Brand, Sales and Profits through controlling Profit & Loss

    What do you need?

    • Experience of leading and developing a team in an operational, fast-paced environment
    • Drive, passion, and a natural energy
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proof of right to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis - we are not able to consider candidates that require sponsorship or are on student/post study visas.
