    Senior Global People Partner - Employee Relations Specialist / Lead

    London Victoria Office - 4 days a week office based working

    As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Global People Partner specialising in Employee Relations, based in our Head Office in the UK, reporting into the Head of People Partnering (based in another country).

    Our Global People Partnering team:

    ● Work closely with business leaders and their management teams in shaping and implementing business strategy and the global HR people agenda.
    ● Are responsible for building a strong relationship within a business line or function, supporting them on people-related issues and change projects.
    ● Manage a team of Local People Partners based in different countries globally
    ● This Senior GPP should have strong labour relations capabilities - UK labour legislation will be a must

    The Role:

    ● Accelerate Ebury's strategic ambitions by partnering with leaders and the Global HR Team to build, develop and retain a high-performing workforce that provides a consistent source of competitive advantage to the organisation.
    ● Act as a strategic partner for the business and its leadership.
    ● Consult with leaders to optimising people practices for their areas, including organisational design, people development, team performance, and talent and succession planning.
    ● Coach and build the capability of leaders to anticipate and pre-empt people-centric organisational issues.
    ● Resolve complex cross-country employee relations issues and address grievances in conjunction with our Local People Partnering team.
    ● Develop our leader's people expertise and implement solutions that help them deliver their business objectives.
    ● Partner with leaders to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
    ● Analyse trends and metrics which impact workforce performance.
    ● Act as a global project manager for HR generalist matters (ie. Comp&Ben strategy, Learning paths, Performance, New policies etc)
    ● Experience working as an HRBP is essential

    Candidate profile:

    ● A 'roll your sleeves-up' and pragmatic, positive mindset is essential.
    ● We are a sales-driven financial services business with over 50% of our employees working in the Front Office. Experience of working in a similar organisation, supporting Sales teams and leaders would be useful.
    ● There's plenty of ambiguity across the business so we need someone who excels in environments that lack structure but at the same time enjoy establishing and building clarity.
    ● Strong written and verbal communication skills, an affinity with data, attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
    ● The business operates at an incredible pace so we need someone who thrives in this environment but who also has the confidence and capability to know when to challenge diplomatically as well as plan ahead.
    ● A proven track record in a HR Business Partner role, ideally within a scale-up/high-growth organisation.
    ● Knowledge or experience in the Financial Services sector would be useful.
    ● Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
    ● Experience in working in a changing and resilient environment will be a must
    ● Experience as HRBP in other countries outside of the UK is essential.
