Description

The post holder will work as part of the QI team/Improvement and Change Management (ICM) team to support the development of an East of England learning and improvement network.

This will involve bringing people together, building the skills and knowledge needed locally for peer-to-peer learning, information sharing, building relationships and local assets at regional level to support collaborative, partnership working across the region.


The post holder will be required to support establishing improvement network meetings across the East of England region, setting up virtual improvement clinics, developing a biography of members, and ensuring all key governance and reporting requirements are met.

S/he must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be working with a broad range of stakeholders both internal and external to the trust.

The post holder will be required to support the understanding of programme and project documentation, and reports.

The post holder will potentially handle and manage complex and sensitive information about staff, patients, work processes, other organisations, strategic objectives and barriers to change, and will ensure that communication about transformation or change projects is presented diplomatically, honestly and with political sensitivity so that working relationships are maintained and developed.

Additionally, the post holder may be required to support presenting this complex, sensitive or contentious information to large groups.
