    Description
    This role would see you producing working drawing packages on developer-led residential projects.

    Based in their office in the centre of the city, this role offers £24,000 - £28,000 and hybrid working options.

    The company focuses on developer-led residential projects, developing relationships with major housebuilders.

    The team is split between technical and planning departments working closely with each other to deliver large-scale projects for their clients.

    Due to continued success, they are seeking an Architectural Technician with UK project experience to join the team.

    Dealing with design issues on projects and finding technical solutions
    Take a lead role in the running of project stages if required
    Using AutoCAD on a daily basis.

    Experience with UK residential projects is essential
    Project experience in developer-led projects would be highly beneficial
    Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD is essential
    Revit ability is beneficial.
