Recruitment Administrator


Location:
Brighton


Salary:
£22k-£25k depending on experience


Full time:
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Managing office diary
  • Organising events and meetings
  • Managing relations with contractors and suppliers
  • CV writing
  • Shortlisting and contacting applicants for interviews
  • Formatting documents into the house style
  • Updating the CRM with new records and data cleansing
  • Exporting data into spreadsheets and filtering results
  • Answering and fielding calls, taking messages where required
  • General front of house duties, meeting and greeting visitors
  • Purchasing stationery
  • Distributing post arranging postage
  • Data entry
  • Scanning documents and filing
  • Maintaining administrative systems
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy office
  • General administrative support to directors
  • Any other adhoc duties as and when required

Skills and Experience

  • 12 years' experience in an administration role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills in Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised
  • English GCSE grade C or above desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
