    We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Telford UK and drive the growth of ProtoLabs.

    What you'll do:

    • Consistently develop and nurture a pipeline of new business (additional contacts/opportunities within existing customer accounts and newly introduced contacts/companies)
    • Implement action plans to generate new sales within multiple existing customer companies
    • Identify new business opportunities by profiling prospective companies
    • Achieve outbound calls, connects, pipeline, and close rate expectations
    • Support the Customer Service team, Application Engineers and Quality teams as required to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

    What it takes:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role
    • Ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of Protolabs services
    • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
    • Able to work in a fast paced, goal orientated environment
    • Resilient, Strong objection handling skills
    • Independent, dependable, resourceful and self-motivated

    Put your skills to the test. Depending on the role, you may be asked to work on a take-home challenge or a presentation to us. We know this won't show us all of your talents, but we can get a nice insight into how you work and vice versa.
