- Consistently develop and nurture a pipeline of new business (additional contacts/opportunities within existing customer accounts and newly introduced contacts/companies)
- Implement action plans to generate new sales within multiple existing customer companies
- Identify new business opportunities by profiling prospective companies
- Achieve outbound calls, connects, pipeline, and close rate expectations
- Support the Customer Service team, Application Engineers and Quality teams as required to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of Protolabs services
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- Able to work in a fast paced, goal orientated environment
- Resilient, Strong objection handling skills
- Independent, dependable, resourceful and self-motivated
