    Commercial Gas EngineerQualifications/ExperienceFull UK driving licenseCSCS Skills CardGas Safe Registered (commercial qualifications essential)Installation of boilers/water heaters/warm air heatersService & fault diagnosis experience on commercial gas appliances Service & fault diagnosis experience on AHU and associated equipmentMechanical and electrical skillsetIPAF PassportComputer/Tablet literateJob Role & ResponsibilitiesAttend breakdowns Site surveys for installation worksInstalling HVAC componentsPerforming quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safelyCarrying out maintenance on HVAC systemsFault finding and repairsRequirement to be on call approximately 1 week in 5 (engineers are paid to be on call).Completion and submission of daily worksheets, test sheets and timesheets via electronic tablet or mobile phoneAt times engineers will be required to plan their allocated workload and procure their own materials via local wholesalersPay & BenefitsFull-time positionSalary £46,644.00 per annumPay will be reviewed in line with the JIB National Working Agreement on an annual basis normally in JanuaryPaid monthly in arrearsVan, tablet and mobile phone will be provided as part of the roleYour employment will be based from Cutler House, Wakefield Road, Bradford, BD4 7LU This address forms the definition of the 'Shop' in relation to the JIB rulesYour working hours will be 45 hours per week, although you will be expected to work overtime as and when required to suit the projects on which you are workingYour holiday entitlement will be 24 days per year plus statutory holidays.
