    About this role:

    The Talent and Learning strategy partner will cover Product and Tech area and Canada segment. As a Talent and Learning strategy partner you will analyse performance, talent, learning and succession data from your domain as a starting point for performance improvement and talent development, ensuring a high performance culture within JET. You are an experienced, trusted advisor with the ability to create clarity on business and workforce challenges by executing comprehensive needs analysis. Based on this analysis you are able to set the people agenda in collaboration with the HRBP.

    These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

    • Drive implementation of the global T&L strategy in line with the global strategy, to improve employee & business performance and development
    • Develop and maintain expertise on our Talent & Learning processes, policies and solutions and share this knowledge with HR and senior leaders
    • Influence the global T&L agenda by co-developing the people plan for functions/segments and representing the needs of the business.
    • Develop easy to use analysis, reports and dashboards for your stakeholders and use data and other information to measure effectiveness to improve our learning & development journeys
    • Develop and present educational and training materials to ensure the socialisation and understanding of our T&L processes, policies and development solutions
    • Enable learning, development and facilitation in region and functions by building a strong network of high quality suppliers
    • Proactively build strong relationships with key stakeholders (HRBPs and senior leaders) to become a trusted advisor, connecting with their functions/segments, to understand their goals, needs and influence their success
    • You will be responsible for a specific area of interest - Digital learning landscape, skills strategy.

    What will you bring to the table?

    • Understanding of Talent, performance and learning strategy, processes and tools
    • Ability to analyse performance, talent and succession data as starting point for performance improvement
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in using data analytics tools, building dashboards/reports and using HRIS systems
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective strategies and concrete development solutions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leadership, internal stakeholders and external partners
    • Change management and consulting expertise, navigating teams through complex transformations
    • Ability to facilitate Talent review sessions and meetings around succession planning
