    JobDescription:The idealcandidate for this role is that you are a proven sales performeradept in directto consumer consultative sales. You are comfortableworking with high ticket size products that require focusednurturing over a period and yet can build urgency for the endconsumer to decide fast. You have worked in a highly competitivesales environment and have been at the top 10 percentile of yourteam.

    Whatwill you be doing Being amentor and guide who potential learners can look up to for careeradvice. Counselling potential learnershelping them plan their career path and understanding how upGradcan catalyse their career. Carrying weeklyenrolment/revenue and collection targets. Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of companys model ofonline/blended learning. Owning thecomplete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. Thisincludes making phone/video calls product demonstration salesclosing and postsales relationship management. Maintaining a detailed database of all theinteractions on the CRM with the leads and providing constantfeedback to the marketing team on lead quality. What are we lookingfor Individual with outstanding Englishcommunication skills (written and verbal) interpersonal andpresentation skills. Hardworking Individuals with high dedicationand extreme determination. Experience in EdTech sales would be anadvantage. Rockstar sales performers withproven track records. Great listeners andtrustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners.
    Individuals with the ability to approach any situation withpatience and powerful empathy. Individualswho take a disciplined approach towards building funnels trackingfeedback prioritizing tasks and overachieving targets anddeadlines.

    Sales bent of mind to understandand effectively communicate what company is offering to itsprospective learners and achieve revenue targets.

    Passion for always delivering the highestlevels of customer service. Basicproficiency in MS Office Suite is required.

    Whatare your deliverables / KPIs Minimum of 100 Dials every day with 40 Connects. 2 hours of talk time on an average per day& 1 Video Session 2 enrolledstudents per week. Weekly revenue targetsto be met consistently.
