The Company
Our client is a growing, ambitious, forward thinking business specialising in investments.

Following rapid growth they are recruiting an Investment Manager to join an experienced and established team and specialise in Property and Real Estate investments.


The Role

You will be responsible for managing existing portfolios and loan books and continue to drive growth in their assets under management.

The Investment Manager manages all aspects of property/Real Estate lending deals, from the initial commercial negotiationsthrough to transaction completion and monitoring.

Alongside this, you will be instrumental in supporting the investment portfolios growth through deal origination and expanding a network of developers, and brokers.
