    Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are currently recruiting for Casual Sales Assistantsfor our Stadium Tours and Experiences Centre.

    As a Casual Sales Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for creating a positive first and lasting impression with our visitors.

    This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis. Please be aware that most shifts offered for this role may fall only to weekends and school holidays.
    Meeting and greeting customers and managing long queues.
    Engaging with all visitors and distributing/ collecting audio guide devices.

    Troubleshooting audio guide devices and effective stock management of the devices to ensure reception and tour is fully stocked prior to each tour.

    We are looking for team players who can provide an exceptional level of customer and sales experience to all our visitors.

    You will have the ability to demonstrate an excellent customer service and strong sales and cash handling skills.
    Previous experience within a fast-paced sales/ customer service environment is preferred but is not essential.
    This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
