    Location: North West with UK wide Travel

    Salary: £65k-70k plus benefits package DOE

    In this role you'll be ensuring quality standards and expectations are met in the months leading up to and the months shortly after the opening of their brand new, High Rise Developments. This opportunity will incorporate 4 key themes:

    • First Time - The yard stick on quality of finish
    • Soft LandingBetter handover experience, minimal defects
    • Communication and Support for next 4-6 months
    • CloseInspections and 12 month checks

    You'll be reporting into the Development Director and the Regional Operations Manager during site activation, post-handover.

    Duties include but not limited to;

    • consistent high standard and quality for all internal finishes across the project portfolio across the UK.
    • a better experience for operational staff and residents by achieving zero functional defects in studios and hubs, minimising aftercare issues that can arise with a new development.
    • communication between operations team and contractors, ensuring speed to rectify issues and a robust aftercare process.
    • the operations team on how to access and record defects to assist the Main Contractors.
    • the principles of an operational soft landing with the operations team.
    • Residence and Development managers to coordinate the closing out of making good defects process 12 months after opening.
    • Small scale projects across the portfolio.

    The ideal candidate is likely to be from a Building Services/ Clerk of Works background and have demonstrable experience in New Build Developments within the Residential sector.
