    Chief Operating Officer

At the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH), we're proud to be recognised as a global leader in our field and the UK's leading orthopaedic hospital. We have demonstrated some of the best performance nationally in our patient and staff experience surveys and have invested in key people, infrastructure, and services to support our continued growth. Everything we have achieved and continue to achieve is testament to the continued commitment and dedication of our staff to our patients, the Trust and each other.

As we embark on the next stage of our ambitious strategy and mission to deliver exceptional care to our patients and communities, we are looking for our next Chief Operating Officer.

To succeed in this role, you will be a healthcare leader with extensive experience, innovative mindset, and who leads with compassion.

Our strategy is centred on four pillars enabling us to ensure our sustainability and our ability to continue delivering care to patients that is amongst the best in the world.

    • Significantly grow in scale
    • Increase efficiency
    • Work through multiple partnerships
    • Be a great place to work and receive care

As we strive for continued improvement and excellence as Chief Operating Officer, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of RNOH. You will lead the development of clinical service strategies and be accountable for their successful execution, ensuring that patient care remains our top priority.
