    The Founder of THE FLOORR, Lupe Puerta, has been at the heart of the fashion industry for two decades – from her beginnings at Harrods and Selfridges to her 15 year-tenure as Global Director of VIP Client Relations for NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER.With THE FLOORR she is building the solution that she asked businesses to build for her clients and personal shopping teams for years.

    Our best-in-class global clienteling solution- connecting the global customer facing community with access to a global product feed and the tools to offer a seamless experience for their customers.

    We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our hybrid remote/London-based team to drive the next exciting stage of THE FLOORR's journey.

    The Content Marketing Manager will be a key driver in developing and executing our content strategy.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your creative vision to produce engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.

    We are looking for someone to with a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry to have a critical involvement in shaping and refining the end-to-end experience for our community and consistently deliver content that establishes THE FLOORR's expertise in the luxury, personal shopping, and SaaS space.

    This role will be instrumental in driving THE FLOORR's content forward, delivering rich content serving to establish and engage our growing community.

    Clearly articulate our brand and product vision.
    Refine and elaborate our content strategy across all audience and user touchpoints, working with key internal stakeholders.
    Responsible for asset creation, liaising with the Marketing Manager and Founder/CEO as needed.
    Manage regular reporting and insights and ad hoc as necessary.
    Carry out audits, competitor research and benchmarking quarterly and ad hoc as necessary.
    Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with company goals and target audience needs.

    Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand audience personas, industry trends, and customer pain points to inform content creation.

    Create and oversee the creation of a variety of content types, including editorial, trends, case studies, blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, white papers, and more.

    Develop and maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent and timely content delivery across various platforms.
    Optimise content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website.
    Monitor content performance metrics, analyse data, and provide insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
    Cultivate and manage relationships with industry influencers, guest contributors, and partners for collaborative content initiatives.
    Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and content marketing best practices.
    Manage the content marketing budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum impact.
    Ensure content compliance with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging consistency.
    At least 5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial roles, or related positions.
    Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
    Creative thinker with a keen eye for storytelling and engaging content creation.
    Proficiency in content marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, analytics, and SEO tools.
    Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse content performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    Excellent project management skills to ensure on-time content delivery.
    Up-to-date knowledge of editorial and content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies.
    Experience working in Luxury Fashion essential, related fields such as fine jewellery, art, interiors a bonus.
    Deep understanding of the formula for strong performing luxury content.
    Comfortable with content creation tools, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop & others as needed.

    You will have the autonomy to put your stamp on your role and help to build one of the most powerful luxury communities in the world as the business grows, within a supportive and highly experienced team.

    Most work will be conducted remotely with regular in-person meetings and at least 1 day per week in the London office.

    We can be flexible about hours, location and terms, but we are looking for someone who will become a long-term core member of THE FLOORR team.
