- Oversee all projects within your workstream or branch
- Co-ordinating all contract staff to ensure programmes are met
- Ensure budget targets are met and a high standard of work is maintained
- To develop and recruit teams to resource all projects in your control Qualifications:
- GCSE grade C or above in 4 subjects including Maths and English or a C&G Advanced/Craft certificate and NVQ L2/3, HNC in Construction, or equivalent
- SMSTS Award
- CMI L3 Award, Principles of Management & Leadership
- Pitman Excel - Intermediate User
- CSCS card - Supervisor / Manager / Professionally qualified person
- Completion of iHASCO defined mandatory training modules
- Leadership

- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry).
