    Operations Manager - Kitchen & Bathroom

    Pay Range:
    £40, ,000 + £6430 car allowance + bonus' Location: Leeds office (Operational area Yorkshire and Hull) Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to work for a business specialising in kitchen and bathroom programmes, general building and planned maintenance work.


    What you will be doing:

    • Oversee all projects within your workstream or branch
    • Co-ordinating all contract staff to ensure programmes are met
    • Ensure budget targets are met and a high standard of work is maintained
    • To develop and recruit teams to resource all projects in your control Qualifications:
    • GCSE grade C or above in 4 subjects including Maths and English or a C&G Advanced/Craft certificate and NVQ L2/3, HNC in Construction, or equivalent
    • SMSTS Award
    • CMI L3 Award, Principles of Management & Leadership
    • Pitman Excel - Intermediate User
    • CSCS card - Supervisor / Manager / Professionally qualified person
    • Completion of iHASCO defined mandatory training modules

    • Previous experience managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry).
