About the company

Contechs are recruiting on behalf of their client a British multinational automobile manufacturer which produces luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicles.

They are looking for a Project Planner to join their expanding team on an 8 month rolling contract basis. The role will be based in Dunton, Essex.

Job Description

As a Project Planner, your main responsibilities are:
Work with and manage OEM's, vendors and contractors.
Manage customer expectations and host project update reviews with management teams.
Develop project scopes, enquires and plans.
Support CIB Infrastructure project delivery through quality, cost, and timing.

Lead Health & Safety activities for each project including Risk Assessments & Method Statements, permits to work, inductions, building regulations, standards, CDM, etc...

Qualifications / Skills needed

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
Project management of automotive/construction projects
AutoCAD and 2D drawing knowledgeWhy work through Contech's?
