- Working Monday – Friday, 40 hour week, across a prestigious commercial site, based in Holborn.
- 60% off the tools, 40% on the tools.
- Overseeing subcontractors, working closely with the client to get involved in meetings, improvements for the team, any escalations / facilities queries and more.
- Managing all compliance including logbooks, risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, quoting.
- Driving the team performance, technically assisting the team, dealing with sickness, holidays, toolbox talks, overseeing subcontractors etc.
- Supporting with hands-on maintenance including PPM's and reactive repairs.

Have an electrical or mechanical trade background
Managed a team of 2 or more engineers previously
