    Contract: Part-time Remote Contractor (80 hours monthly)

    Business Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM EST (Must provide 4 hours of services during this time)

    What you'll do

    The company is seeking an HR Generalist to enhance its recruitment processes and support people management processes.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various online platforms, databases, and networking to find potential global candidates for open positions.
    • Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
    • Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct preliminary or technical interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
    • Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Update and manage the ATS with candidate information, interview notes, and hiring status.
    • Responding to Candidate Inquiries: Address candidate inquiries regarding job postings, application status, and general inquiries about the hiring process.
    • Drafting Job Descriptions: Draft compelling job descriptions for the role, inclusive of full AOR and any relevant KPIs.
    • Managing Recruitment Timeline: Assist in tracking the recruitment timeline and ensuring staffing stays within deadline constraints.
    • Ensuring Applicant Security Requirements are complete: Conduct follow-up with applicants to ensure all security requirements are completed in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Verify the accuracy and completeness of security requirements provided by candidates, including background checks and security clearances, to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
    • Assisting with Candidate Portfolios: Aid in the creation of candidate information packets containing their profile summary, portfolio, and highlights of relevant skills.
    • Post-Hiring People Management: Monitor performance during the probationary period, providing feedback and support as needed for retention and integration.
    • Assisting with HR Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as organizing employee records, processing paperwork, and maintaining compliance.
    • Providing Reports and Analytics: Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness, to assess the efficiency of recruitment efforts.
    • Collaborating with Account Managers: Work closely with Account Managers to understand their client's staffing needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and adjust strategies as needed.

    What you should have

    • Previous Experience: At least three years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or a related field, preferably with experience in a virtual assistant or remote work capacity.
    • Remote Work Experience: Demonstrated experience working remotely with clients or companies based in the US, UK, AU, or CA, with a strong understanding of remote communication tools and workflows.
    • Recruitment Skills: Proficiency in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment processes effectively.
    • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines remotely.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members across different time zones.
    • People Management Experience: You're a skilled people manager with a proven ability to manage teams and/or individuals effectively. You excel in fostering collaboration, providing guidance, and creating a positive work environment.
    • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing candidate information, documentation, and recruitment data.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various online platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and remote collaboration tools to support recruitment activities.
    • Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive candidate and employee information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Team Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a remote team and support cross-functional initiatives.
    • Knowledge of Employment Laws is preferred but not required: Familiarity with relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment, particularly in the US, UK, or CA regions.
