The Role

As LCap continues on its growth journey, we are looking to develop the power of our product suite to revolutionise the way in which Leaders are evaluated and hired.

What you will be doing

Collaborate with our executive search consultants and clients to identify technical requirements for executive positions.
Develop and implement technology strategies to ensure the success of executive search projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the search process.
Evaluate and recommend technology tools and solutions to enhance the search process.
Stay uptodate with the latest technology trends and tools, and provide thought leadership and recommendations to our clients and internal teams.

What you will bring to the role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Very strong data manipulation and analytical skills, with a proven ability to derive insight and action from data
Strong Microsoft Office skills (in particular PowerPoint and especially Excel)
Proven track record of a working successfully in a complex stakeholder environment
Comfortable and experienced in a fastpaced, project driven environment
Ability to articulate oneself and communicate with different stakeholders clearly and effectively
Strong organisational and project management acumen with strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
