- Must have a degree in psychology from a UK university or BPS accredited equivalent
- In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body
- Must have experience of either honorary or paid employment as an Assistant Psychologist
- Must have experience of an inpatient mental health setting in any capacity
- Must have experience of working with older adults
- Must have proven skills in literature reviews, data collection and analysis

Creatingleaflets and information booklets to promote the service
Promoting psychologically based workshopswithin APS
Facilitatingtraining around the in-house IT database
Ensuringclient data is accurately recorded; mistakes corrected and brought to ServiceManagers attention.
Inputtingto psychologically based group interventions: Monitoring care pathway movementsof clients
Creatingand maintaining spread sheets to record data not stored by the in-house system.
