    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide comprehensive administrative support to ongoing projects.
    Attend meetings and accurately record minutes, ensuring all key points and actions are documented.
    Organize and maintain efficient information flows within the project team.
    Assist in the distribution of important project-related information to stakeholders.
    Perform general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
    Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for directors and project managers.
    Assist in maintaining project documentation and records.
    Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project operations.
    Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
    Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
    Skills Required
    Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the renewable energy sector or related field.
    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
    Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands.
    High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
    A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
    Knowledge of renewable energy technologies (wind turbines, solar, battery) is advantageous but not essential.
