We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester, who are recruiting for a Senior Housing Manager on a temporary three month contract.
The contract is due to last for three months with a potential for this to be extended and the client are looking for someone to start as soon as Monday 15th April so they are looking for the quick turnaroundThe role requires you to be in the office at least 4 days a week with working hours of 9am-5pm with an expectation that this will be extended if needed.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): for managing 3 Housing managerscases of ASBcompliance is being monitored and adhered to at all timeswith the appropriate contacts at Local Councilswith the Housing team to ensure all safeguarding risks are identified and checkedvoid turnaround times on propertiesadvise around how best to deal with and reduce ASB casesWorking hours:35 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
