Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are happy to be supporting our Client with their requirement for a Payroll Manager on a Part Time, Temporary basis.

You will be required to work in the office, between 24 to 30 hours per week.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


  • Production of monthly payroll and submission of reports to pension providers
  • Processing monthly payroll information on external payroll provider portal
  • Processing Starters / Leavers / Changes in Contracts
  • Responding to all payroll and pension queries
  • Preparing accurate payroll journals

You will have the following skills and attributes:

  • At least 2 years' recent experience working within a stand-alone Payroll capacity
  • Fully uptodate with payroll and pension legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy
  • Ability to demonstrate confidentiality
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Immediately available
