Description
I am working alongside one of the South Wests leading Main Contractors to help them add a talented Pre-Construction Manager to their team.
The Pre-Construction Manager would be responsible for all preconstruction activities, including preliminary budgets, value engineering, preconstruction schedules, definition of bid package scopes etc.
Previous experience in Student Accommodation schemes, Commercial projects and Health care would be advantageous.
