    Description
    Due to growth and expansion, we are looking to hire a trainee Tutor.
    We are a lovely small team with flexibility and work-life balance being one of our organisational values.

    We are all passionate, friendly, driven and caring and this is evident in our work ethics and feedback from our clients.

    The New Trainee Tutor will receive a lot of support from the academic team to grow and develop into the role.


    The role will involve:


    Assisting with amending and updating course material Delivering on-line workshops and class-based workshops via video conferencing softwareSupporting candidates with constructive feedback and guidance to aid their progressionUsing the VLE and LMS Platform to correspond with Learners To assess and mark formative assessments and summative assessmentsTo maintain regular contact with learners and deliver high-quality learning and developmentTo attend regular team meetings and standardization sessionsTo manage own continued professional development through undertaking relevant training and sharing of best practices in the organisationTo mark assignments and to provide feedback, supporting areas for improvement.

    To get involved in projects related to HR Solutions through existing and new clientsQualificationsYou must hold a Level 7 qualification in a HR-related Degree.

    After the probationary period, you will be funded to undertake the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
