- Business partnering – to be the main point of contact between the finance team and wider business / senior leadership team
- Preparing Analysis and building reports to present to senior leadership teams
- Analysis of KPIs and constantly look to improve processes and drive efficiencies
- Supporting with the budgeting & forecasting process
- Produce detailed financial and strategic analysis and insight and present information to the Senior Management Team
- Maintain an understanding of the balance sheet position, to highlight and minimise key business risks
- Process Payroll / Staff Expenses
- Supporting the preparation of the Management Accounts pack
- Ad-hoc analysis and presentation of data and findings.

Salary - £38,000 - £45,000
Edward Mann are recruiting for a large international recruitment business that are looking to hire an Junior Finance Business Partner for their growing team.
The company operates a good sized finance team and offers plenty of opportunity to progress so the successful candidate will have a great chance to build their career and gain valuable experience.
We are looking for somebody who is commercially minded, analytical and also has exposure and knowledge of month end accounting and P&L / BS accounting.
