- The BIM Manager will manage a team of BIM modelers and coordinators.
- The BIM Manager will oversee a range of M&E projects in the data centre and commercial sectors.
- The BIM Manager will be client facing and will actively participate in meetings with various stakeholders internally and externally.
- The BIM Manager will provide support and training to junior members of their team.
- The BIM Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality modelling of MEP systems on large scale projects.
- The BIM Manager will review BIM models to ensure they are created in line with the company's standards.
- A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and/or building information technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Between 5-6 years of experience using Revit MEP. Knowledge and practical understanding of MEP including requirements for installation, servicing and maintenance.
- Experience working on construction level detailed design (RIBA stages 4 and 5).
- Experience creating and managing families in Revit MEP.
- Proven track record in MEP coordination, as well as clash detection.
- Experience working on large scale and complex building projects.
- Experience working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail

They have an in-house design team, focused on providing high quality M&E services, and are looking for a BIM Manager to join their Cambridge team.
